Facebook Ad Close is a browser extension by Juicy Apps that identifies Facebook feed posts labeled “Ad” or “Sponsored” and activates their close controls.

Local processing

The extension reads relevant page elements, including advertising labels, advertiser names, and close controls. This processing takes place locally in your browser. Juicy Apps does not receive, store, or sell your Facebook content or browsing history.

Local storage

The extension stores only your on/off preference using the browser’s local extension storage. It does not use analytics or tracking services.

Data use

Page information is used solely to provide the extension’s ad-closing functionality. It is not used for advertising, profiling, creditworthiness, or lending decisions. Our use of this information complies with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

External links

The extension includes optional links to juicy-apps.com and PayPal. These websites open only when you click their links and are governed by their own privacy policies.

Control

You can disable the extension at any time using its switch or your browser’s extension settings. Uninstalling the extension removes its local settings through the browser’s normal extension removal process.
